Ingredients
- Rice Paper - 4 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Napa Cabbage - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the leaves of Napa cabbage, dry them, and place them on a plate. Wash the parsley. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the carrot, wash it, and chop it finely. Peel the onion, wash it, and chop it. Sauté the carrot, onion, and bell pepper in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, add the shrimp and soy sauce, mix, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Soak the rice paper in cold boiled water for 1 minute, then place it on a cutting board. Put the prepared filling in the center of each sheet, fold it into an envelope shape, and place it on the cabbage leaves.
Step 4
Garnish the appetizer with parsley leaves.
