Ingredients
- Macadamia Nuts - 10 pieces
- Shallot - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 0.2 oz
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Pork chop with bone - 17.6 oz
- Rice - 1.8 oz
- Leek - 1 piece
- Lemongrass - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the cashews, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger, and turmeric and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour water over the paste, add the meat and sorghum. Drizzle with lime juice and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Grind the unpolished rice in a coffee grinder and add it to the soup. Cook until the meat is fully done, about 1.5 to 2 hours, adding the shallots. 20 minutes before it's done, add the leek, sliced into thin rings.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard, slice them, and mix with the soup. Serve in bowls and garnish with the spicy chili.
