Ingredients

  • Lamb - 17.6 oz
  • Clarified Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Rice - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the lamb, cover it with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, and cook for 3 hours. Then remove the meat, cut it into small pieces, and return it to the soup.

Step 2

Add the rinsed rice to the boiling broth and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Chop the onion and sauté it in butter. Add the onion to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

In the finished soup, add the egg yolk, beaten with a small amount of broth.
