  • Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons
  • Rice - 3 cups
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Scallions - 1.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the rice in boiling water until cooked. Drain.

Step 2

In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté 3 cups of finely chopped mushrooms and finely chopped onion until soft.

Step 3

Add the rice, finely chopped green onions, and soy sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for a little longer until the rice is heated through.
