- Rice - 1½ cups
- Courgette - 21.2 oz
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Broth - 27 fl oz

Boil the chicken until cooked.

Dice the vegetables.
