  • Arborio rice - 8.8 oz
  • Porcini Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
  • Onion - 2.1 oz
  • Garlic - 0.5 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Mushroom seasoning - 17 fl oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Butter - 2.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Serve the risotto hot, garnished with slices of porcini mushrooms. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Dice half of the white mushrooms and slice the other half.
