- Garlic - 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Paprika - 0.1 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 0.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Pomegranate Seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the pepper and roast it whole in the oven at 428°F. Roast for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Allow the peppers to cool, then remove the skin. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Blend the toasted walnuts and breadcrumbs in a blender, but not too finely.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients together and mix well until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 5
Serve chilled, garnished with pomegranate seeds.
