Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Brussels Sprouts - 2 lbs
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut each sprout in half. Transfer to a bowl and add half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes, stirring a few times, until they start to caramelize.
