  • Parsnip - 24.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Dried Chamomile - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Peel the carrots and parsnips. Cut into small, even pieces.

Step 3

Place the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme. Toss to combine and spread in a single layer.

Bake the vegetables in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes until tender and golden, stirring occasionally (if the vegetables start to stick, drizzle with water and stir). Serve immediately.
