- Pine nuts - 3.5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preparation method: cut off the top of the garlic heads and place them in a pan, drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper, and chopped cumin.

Cover with aluminum foil and roast in the oven at 347°F for 30 minutes, or until the garlic is fully cooked. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
Step 3
