  • Garlic - 4 heads
  • Butter - 6 tablespoons
  • Oregano - 4 sprigs

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and rub the heads with butter. Insert a sprig of oregano into each head, wrap each head in foil, and place them on a small baking tray.

Step 3

Roast for about 1.5 hours until soft. You can open the foil halfway through cooking and drizzle the heads with the melted butter and juices. Serve hot with the melted juices.
