This salad is very simple to make and delicious: just roasted peppers and any brined cheese with herbs, and you can add any other ingredients to taste if desired.

- Orange Bell Peppers - 6 pieces
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Dill - 3 sprigs
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 7 fl oz

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the peppers and place them in a baking dish.

Turn the almost cooked peppers and cook for another 10 minutes.

When the peppers are charred, remove them from the oven.

Transfer the cooked peppers to a plastic bag for 10 minutes and seal it tightly. This makes it easier to peel the peppers.

Remove the skin from the peppers.
