- Pumpkin - 2 lbs
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground clove - a pinch
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon

Mix the cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.

Scoop out the seeds from the pumpkin. You can save them to roast or bake later.

Cut the pumpkin into wedges about 3 cm thick.
