  • New Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Truffle Oil - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 2

Scrub the potatoes well without peeling, dry them, and cut into quarters. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings.

Step 3

Place the potatoes and onions on a baking sheet lined with foil, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread them out evenly and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and golden brown.

Step 4

Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and drizzle with truffle oil, mix, and serve.
