- Celery salt - 1.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fillet from the skin and cut into strips.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion and celery in butter until softened.
Step 4
Place a small amount of filling on the wide edge of each strip, roll up, and secure.
Step 5
Place the roll on a greased skillet or baking sheet, brush with a mixture of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and bake.
Step 6
