- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 0.9 oz
- Bresaola Ham - 3.5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 0.9 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
- Adjara Olives - 0.4 oz
- Pistachios - 0.4 oz
- Arugula - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay out thinly sliced beef on a surface to form a rectangle.
Step 2
In a bowl or using a blender, mix mascarpone and ricotta. Add diced sun-dried tomatoes and olives.

Carefully spread the mixture onto the bresaola, roll it tightly to form a roll.
