- Rosebuds - 14.1 oz
- Cognac - 1.4 oz
- Dry Champagne - 23 fl oz
- Apple Wine - 23 fl oz
- Red Grape Juice - 23 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cover freshly picked, just bloomed rose petals with sugar. Pour cognac and half a bottle of red wine over them. Seal tightly and place in a cool place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Strain the mixture.
Step 3
Before serving, add the remaining red wine, and top up with white wine and champagne.
