Ingredients
- Fresh Rose Hips - 6 sprigs
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Lime - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zest of one lemon and squeeze the juice, set the juice aside.
Step 2
Pour 150 grams of brown sugar into 150 ml of water.
Step 3
Place in a small saucepan, add 4 sprigs of rosemary and the zest, and bring to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the lemon juice, cover, and let steep. Ideally overnight, but 3-4 hours is also fine.
Step 5
Dilute the syrup with water to a total volume of 1-1.5 liters (to taste).
Step 6
Cut 1 lime into quarters, squeeze the juice from the second lime, and add it to the lemonade.
