Description

- Garlic - 0.7 oz
- Green peppercorns - 0.1 oz
- Water - 2 qt

- Carp - 3.5 oz
- Perch - 3.5 oz
- Crucian Carp - 3.5 oz
- Pike - 3.5 oz
- Poultry - 3.5 oz
- Bay leaf - 0 oz
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and coarsely chop the vegetables, cut the fish into pieces, and break the chicken into parts.
Step 2
Combine everything in a pot, cover with cold water, add bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Ladle the fish soup into bowls and garnish with dill.
