Ingredients
- Bread Kvass - 1 qt
- Mustard Greens - 2.8 oz
- Sturgeon - 11.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Red Caviar - 1.4 oz
- Fillet of Sturgeon - 11.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 8–10 minutes.
Step 2
Cool and peel them.
Step 3
Grate the yolks.
Step 4
Add mustard and grated yolks to the kvass, and mix well.
Step 5
Peel the cucumbers.
Step 6
Finely chop the cucumbers, herbs, and egg whites.
Step 7
Slice the sturgeon into large pieces.
Step 8
Place the herbs, cucumbers, and sturgeon in a bowl.
Step 9
Pour the prepared kvass over the top.
Step 10
Add sugar and salt.
Step 11
Add the caviar.
Step 12
Serve.
