Description

Ingredients
- Millet - 2 spoons
- Potato - 1 piece
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Scallions - 1.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 12 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the Campbell's Homestyle Classic broth into a pot, add 750 ml of water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Rinse the millet. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into 1.5 cm cubes.
Step 3
Add millet and potatoes to the boiling broth. Cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes and millet are tender.
Step 4
Melt butter in a skillet. Finely chop the green onions, add them to the skillet, cover with a lid, and sauté on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Crumble the boiled egg into small pieces. Press a clove of garlic through a garlic press.
Step 5
Before removing the soup from the heat, season it with sautéed green onions and garlic. Just before serving, add a pinch of chopped egg to each bowl.
Step 6
Serve the soup with sour cream and fresh herbs.
