- Salad Potatoes - 4 lbs
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 teaspoons
- Uchiko Suneli - 1 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Mushroom seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic chips - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Choose potatoes of similar size and wash them thoroughly (when buying, choose a variety suitable for frying, so all pieces will remain intact).
Step 2
Cut each potato into six wedges lengthwise.
Step 3
Place all the cut potatoes into a baking dish.
Step 4
Prepare the seasoning: measure out two types of dried garlic, vegetable seasoning, and other spices using a teaspoon.

Mix all the spices on a plate. Taste to see if anything is missing; if there is not enough salt, add more.

Sprinkle the prepared spice mixture over the cut potatoes.

Then add refined vegetable oil.
