  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper - to taste
  • Herbes de Provence - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.

Step 2

Gradually add water to the flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.

Step 3

Form the dough into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Slice the salmon into thin pieces.

Step 5

Heat a skillet, cut small pieces from the dough, roll them out, and fry on both sides in a dry skillet.

Step 6

Spread cheese on the finished flatbreads, sprinkle with garlic pepper, and place the salmon on top.

Roll them up and slice.
