Ingredients

  • Camembert cheese - 9.9 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 3 oz
  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Shallot - 1 head
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Caraway - 1 teaspoon
  • Chives - 2.1 oz
  • Rye Bread - 8 pieces
  • Butter - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the camembert, mascarpone, sour cream, and caraway seeds, then add the black pepper and finely chopped shallot. Mix well.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 3

Cut the bread into triangles and spread softened butter on one side, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet, buttered side up, and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

Step 4

Serve by spreading the pâté on the toasts or placing the pâté in a serving bowl alongside.
