  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Breadcrumbs - 0.9 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crack the egg into a bowl and add salt.

Step 2

Dip the sage into the egg so that it is completely covered, and let it soak for 2 minutes. After that, remove it and pat dry.

Step 3

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet. Coat the leaves in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

Step 4

Before serving, pat dry with a paper towel.
