- Clams (Vongole) - 8.8 oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 2.8 oz
- Thyme - 0.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Courgette - 1.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 1.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 3.5 oz
- TABASCO® - 0 fl oz
- Cilantro - 0.1 oz
- Apple Wine - 0 fl oz
- Ciabatta - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the sauce, dice the zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with thyme and mix it with the vegetables. Add the peeled tomatoes and pour in the fish broth. Simmer everything for five minutes, then add a couple of drops of TABASCO and chopped cilantro.
Step 3
Add the clams to the sauce and pour in the white wine. Simmer for a couple of minutes and serve on a plate.
Step 4
Garnish with two pieces of ciabatta spread with garlic oil and sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
