- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 10.6 oz
- Philadelphia Cheese - 12.3 oz
- Gelatin - 1 tablespoon
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cream and gelatin. Let it sit for 5–7 minutes to allow the gelatin to swell.
Step 2
Heat water almost to boiling. Place the container with gelatin and cream in the hot water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Finely chop the dill.
Step 4
Mix the cheese, dill, and cream.
Step 5
Line a mold (approximately 20x10x10 cm) with plastic wrap, allowing the edges to hang over by 10 cm. Lay pieces of fish overlapping on the bottom.
Step 6
Spread half of the cream filling.
Step 7
Add a layer of fish.
Step 8
Spread the remaining half of the cream filling.
Step 9
Top with pieces of fish.
Step 10
Fold the edges of the plastic wrap over to completely cover the fish. Place in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours. Before serving, slice the roll into pieces 1–1.5 cm thick.
