  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - ¼ piece
  • Radish - 1.8 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Dill - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the herbs, dill, and onion. Add the cottage cheese and mix (a blender can be used).

Step 2

Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the bread, then add a layer of radish, followed by a layer of cucumbers, and then slices of thinly cut lightly salted salmon.

Step 3

Drizzle lemon juice on top.
