- Salmon - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Cumin Seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Chinese green beans - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the salmon thoroughly, remove the bones, and slice it thinly with a sharp knife.
Step 2
Place the fish in a container, season well with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Then pour in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, and 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar. Mix the fish pieces gently but thoroughly.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and sprinkle it over the fish.
Step 5
Seal the container tightly and refrigerate the fish to marinate for 4–5 hours. Serve the salmon with boiled green beans seasoned with sesame seeds and soy sauce.
