  • Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
  • Capers - 10.6 oz
  • Pasilla Pepper - 2 teaspoons
  • Smoked haddock fillet - 3 lbs

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, finely chopped red onion, parsley, capers, and crushed pink pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 day.

Step 2

Preheat the grill and lightly brush with vegetable oil. Cut the fish into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, and grill in batches for 2 minutes without flipping the fish. Arrange on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
