- Salmon - 2 lbs
- Mayonnaise - 3.2 oz
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Fish Oil - 5 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Capers - 10 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the fish, boil the fillets with skin in salted water until cooked.
Step 2
Cool the fish directly in the broth, remove the skin while keeping the fillet pieces intact, and place them on a serving dish.
Step 3
Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water. Once the granules become transparent, drain the excess water and mix the gelatin into the warm broth. Bring the mixture to a boil and strain it.
Step 4
Mix the mayonnaise with the jelly. Pour a smooth layer of sauce over the fish and refrigerate until the jelly sets. Garnish the finished dish with herbs and capers.
