Description

- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 10 oz
- Lime - ½ piece
- Panko breadcrumbs - 0 oz
- Gelatin - 0 oz
- Wasabi - 1 teaspoon
- Unsweetened shredded coconut - 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the salmon, season with pepper and lime zest. Mix in the breadcrumbs and add the gelatin. Pour this mixture into the mold (2 cavities per piece) and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Add lime juice and wasabi to the cheese to taste and mix well.
Step 3
Remove the hardened hemispheres from the mold and stick them together with the cheese mixture to form a ball. Coat the balls in coconut flakes.
