Ingredients
- Philadelphia Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 5.3 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
- Chopped Green Onions - to taste
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Croutons - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Crush the croutons in a blender with the butter. Blend the salmon with the dill. Whip the cream cheese, sour cream, and juice with a mixer, then add the salmon and dill.
Step 2
Heat the gelatin until it boils on the stove, but do not let it boil. Slightly cool and incorporate it into the cheese mixture.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gradually fold them into the mixture, stirring gently.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into molds, place in the refrigerator for half an hour to set slightly, then add the croutons and refrigerate overnight. Garnish as desired.
