  • Smoked haddock fillet - 14.1 oz
  • Daikon - 5.3 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Mizukan Sauce - 2 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 7 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the salmon fillet, dry it with a paper towel, and freeze.

Step 2

For the ginger marinade, combine the peeled and finely chopped ginger, garlic, and the remaining ingredients, and let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Step 3

Arrange the salmon fillet, sliced thinly with a slicer, and the daikon noodles on a plate.

Step 4

Drizzle everything with the ginger marinade and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
