Salmon Fish Soup
Ingredients
- Water - 1 qt
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Millet - 1.8 oz
- Vodka - 3 fl oz
- Sole fillets - 10.6 oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared fish fillet into pieces and place it in a pot with water.
Step 2
Remove the skins and peels from the vegetables and add them whole to the fish.
Step 3
Wait for the liquid to boil, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove all ingredients from the broth and strain the water.
Step 5
Pour vodka into the strained liquid and add the rinsed millet.
Step 6
Remove the bones from the fillet and put the flesh back into the soup.
Step 7
Add sliced carrots and bay leaf.
Step 8
Bring the dish to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Add chopped fresh dill and boil for another 3 minutes.
Step 10
Salt to taste and serve.
