  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 8.8 oz
  • 33% Cream - 2 fl oz
  • Creamy Horseradish - 1½ tablespoons
  • Borodinsky Bread - 8 pieces
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Dill - 4 sprigs

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet into random pieces, place in a blender bowl, add cream and horseradish. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Toast the bread slices on both sides in a grill pan until dark stripes appear.

Step 3

Serve the mousse on the bread, garnished with thin slices of cucumber and sprigs of dill.
