Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 12.3 oz
  • Baku Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
  • Dill - 0.7 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 2.1 oz
  • Red Caviar - 1.8 oz
  • 10% cream - 1.4 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Lay out part of the sliced salmon on sheets and gently pound it.

Step 2

Cut the remaining salmon into small cubes.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds, then dice it finely.

Step 4

Combine the prepared ingredients.

Step 5

Dress with mayonnaise, cream, and lemon juice.

Step 6

Add the caviar and finely chopped dill, and mix everything well.

Step 7

On plastic wrap, lay out the prepared sheets of salmon, place the filling in the center, and wrap the film into a pouch.

Step 8
