Description

- Basmati rice - 17.6 oz
- Salmon - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dry White Wine - 8 fl oz
- Butter - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - 1 qt
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice and soak it in hot water.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings and sauté it in butter until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the rice, stir, and add the wine.
Step 4
Allow the wine to evaporate and continue cooking, gradually adding the broth, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
When the rice is almost ready, add the fish cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste, gently stir, and let it sit on low heat for a few minutes until fully cooked.
