Description
It's better to buy butter in bulk, as finding good packaged butter can be quite difficult. Packaged butter does not soften well, making it hard to spread on the non-frozen layer of fish. This is a wonderful recipe for a gathering. Firstly, it saves on fish, and salmon is quite an expensive fish. Secondly, it’s a great way to present the table. You can place slices on thinly sliced white bread or a baguette, garnished with herbs and lemon. In general, salmon, trout, and salmon should be served with lemon. Just try a piece of such fish with a piece of lemon, and you'll understand why.
Ingredients
- Salted crackers - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Dill - 1.8 oz
- Gelatin - 2 teaspoons
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Water - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold boiled water for 20 minutes, then heat it in a water bath until the granules are completely dissolved.
Step 2
Pass the salmon fillet through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender, add the gelatin, and mix.
Step 3
Then spread the mixture on plastic wrap in a layer about 5 mm thick, followed by a layer of softened butter mixed with finely chopped herbs. Roll it up.
Step 4
Place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 5
Slice the finished roll, garnish with herbs and lemon.
