Salmon roll with tomatoes
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 2.5 oz
- Green Butter - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the fish in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion.
Step 3
Mix the eggs, green onion, and a little mayonnaise, you can add some salt, and stir.
Step 4
Unwrap the lavash. The lavash for the roll looks like a large long rectangle, about 70–80 cm long and about 20 cm wide.
Step 5
Lay the lavash on the table and spread mayonnaise evenly along its length and width. Then visually divide the lavash into two parts, placing the egg mixture on one half and the fish on the other half.
Step 6
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes or slices and place them at one end from which you will start rolling the roll. On top of the tomatoes, place the lettuce leaves.
Step 7
Slice the cucumber with a vegetable peeler into long strips and lay them slightly overlapping each other at the junction of the fillings, i.e., approximately in the middle of the lavash.
Step 8
Starting from the side with the tomatoes, carefully and tightly roll the lavash into a roll.
Step 9
Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours, or overnight. Before serving, cut the roll into pieces.
