Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potato - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 0 oz
- Water - 2 qt
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - ¼ bunch
- Salmon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and wash the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into cubes, slice the carrot into rounds and then quarter them. Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Wash the fish well, remove the scales, and cut it into portion-sized pieces.
Step 3
In a pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil, then add the vegetables, fish, allspice, and bay leaf.
Step 4
Bring everything to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 25–30 minutes on low heat, skimming off the foam.
Step 5
Then add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Serve the soup sprinkled with dill.
