- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 1 piece
- Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Miso Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Tuna - 0.4 oz
- Ginger - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet and marinate it with salt for 12 hours.

Rinse the marinated fish and grill it. Then cut it into small pieces.

Rinse the rice and boil it. Combine the rice with the fish.
