  • Salmon - 17.6 oz
  • Rice - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dried Nori Seaweed - 1 piece
  • Sesame bun - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
  • Miso Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Tuna - 0.4 oz
  • Ginger - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fish fillet and marinate it with salt for 12 hours.

Step 2

Rinse the marinated fish and grill it. Then cut it into small pieces.

Step 3

Rinse the rice and boil it. Combine the rice with the fish.

Step 4

Cut the sheet of nori into thin pieces or crumble it.

Step 5

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden brown, then crush them.

Step 6

To prepare the broth, soak the seaweed in cold water and bring it to a boil. Add soy sauce, miso paste, and tuna flakes. Season with salt.

Step 7

Pour the fish and rice mixture with hot broth and drizzle with ginger juice.
