- Yakiniku sauce - 2.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.6 oz
- Romaine lettuce - 0.3 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.8 oz
- Red Caviar - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into thin strips. Place a strip of salmon on a strip of cucumber.
Step 2
Put a piece of cheese on each strip and roll it up.
Step 3
Arrange the rolls on a plate and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
Step 4
Top each roll with caviar and frisée leaves.
