- Smoked haddock fillet - 4.2 oz
- Shallot - 0.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Cucumbers - 2.1 oz
- Ciabatta - 1.8 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, chop it, and place it in a blender. Add lime juice, 2 grams of sea salt, chili pepper, 15 grams of olive oil, and blend.
Step 2
Add finely chopped tomato to the mixture. The consistency should be similar to guacamole.
Step 3
Dice the salmon into small cubes, add the peeled cucumber, diced cucumber, shallot onion, soy sauce, lemon juice, 15 grams of olive oil, and 1 gram of sea salt. Mix well.

Meanwhile, toast two pieces of ciabatta in the oven until golden brown.
