- Salmon - 14.1 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Arugula - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the salmon: 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 2
Prepare the avocado cream. Cut 1 ripe avocado into large pieces, drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 3
Blend the cream cheese and avocado together in a blender.
Step 4
Finely chop the salmon with a knife into cubes.
Step 5
On a plate, spread the avocado cream. Top with the chopped salmon. Sprinkle with the pepper mix.
Step 6
Serve with lemon wedges and arugula, cherry tomatoes. Can be served with toast.
