  • Salmon - 14.1 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.5 oz
  • Swiss chard leaves - 1.4 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.4 oz
  • Baby Corn - 8 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Kiwi - 4 pieces
  • Salt - 0.4 oz
  • Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Garlic - 1.4 oz
  • Dill - 1.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Shape the cream cheese into small patties.

Step 2

Wrap in salmon.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce. Dice the kiwi into small cubes.

Step 4

Add oil, salt, sugar, garlic, and dill.

Step 5

Pour in water.

Step 6

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Strain through a sieve. The sauce is ready.

Step 8

Place the cooked patties on the sauce.

Step 9

Garnish with baby corn and a mix of Swiss chard and spinach.

Step 10

Serve.
