- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 14.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Capers - to taste
- Pitted olives - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Corn Starch - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice half of the salmon into thin slices.
Step 2
Slice one tomato into thin rounds.
Step 3
Slice the cheese.
Step 4
On a plate, alternate layers of fish, cream cheese, shrimp, and tomato.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce by finely chopping the remaining fish.
Step 6
Chop the olives and finely chop the herbs.
Step 7
Combine the salmon with capers, olives, and herbs, add a little cornstarch, and mix.
Step 8
Blanch the tomato, peel it, add sour cream, and blend using a mixer.
Step 9
Add the resulting mixture to the salmon with herbs, pour in lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle the sauce over the arranged ingredients on the plate.
