Description
Here, we wrap rich, slightly sweet, and very tasty salmon in lavash. We also add green onions and dill, creating a beautiful and festive color composition.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the green onions and dill.
Step 2
Transfer the cream cheese (preferably 'Viola') to a bowl and mix it with the onion, dill, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Slice the salmon (the fish should be lightly salted) into thin pieces.
Step 4
Roll out a sheet of lavash, spread the prepared cheese paste over it, and place a thick layer of sliced salmon on top. Roll everything up into a log and cut into portion-sized pieces. Serve at the table.
