  • Caraway Seeds - 0.4 oz
  • Cloves - 0 oz
  • Coriander Seeds - 0.4 oz
  • Citric Acid - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 5 teaspoons
  • Coarse Salt - 10 tablespoons
  • Water - 5 qt
  • Black peppercorns - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the cucumbers with cold water.

Step 2

Soak in cold water for 3–5 hours.

Step 3

Layer in a container (10 l) bucket or barrel.

Step 4

Pour in the brine.

Step 5

Place in a warm spot for 3–5 days.

Step 6

Move to a cool place for 2–4 months.
