- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Goat cheese - 12.3 oz
- Nut Bread - 12 slices
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Smoked turkey roll - 12 slices
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, removing excess liquid if possible. Chop the green onion. Mix the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice the avocado thinly.
Step 2
Spread goat cheese on each slice of bread. Place smoked turkey on 6 of the slices. Distribute the tomato mixture with onion and herbs evenly among the sandwiches. Top with avocado, season with salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining 6 slices of bread spread with cheese. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
